Erik has over 25 years of experience in running and growing businesses. As President of the Consumer Division of First Advantage Corporation, he ran two data business units: US Search and the Home Owners Club. At Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund, his responsibilities included research data operations, trading desk oversight and company-wide security. Prior to that he also worked at Amazon.com, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Procter & Gamble. He earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Washington, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Shauna is an executive with lifetime entrepreneurial skills. She co-founded a SaaS healthcare technology company and recently pivoted and found her place in the data world where she is able to do what she is passionate about- innovating technology with data while building high-performance teams, businesses, and cultures. She is a creative out-of-the-box thinker and strong problem solver who likes to create, build and connect. In her free time, you can find her trail running on mountains or beaches and spending time with her very active family. She earned an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and a Bachelor of Architecture from Tulane University.
Greg has more than 20 years of experience in driving B2B sales growth and business development. Greg developed one of the top-performing sales organizations for First Data, a global leader in the payment processing industry. Greg also served as the National Sales Director for Streamlynk, which developed one of the first cross-platform loyalty and rewards programs. He was responsible for developing and executing the sales and marketing plan as well as all sales and marketing operations and automation. He has a track record of consistently building sales teams that exceed targets. Greg has a Marketing degree from Penn State University. His leadership extends onto the basketball court where he coaches his children in breaking free throw records and more.
Shawn leads product development for Tracers. His area of expertise is the collections industry. Shawn launched his career with a web-based software company that automates the skip tracing and collections process when it was a mere idea on a whiteboard. There, he accelerated through many roles and managed and trained professionals on collection software with an emphasis on how to leverage data for every major skip/forwarding company in the industry. He has worked with many lenders such as Toyota, ALLY, Bank Of America, and Harley Davidson. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, hiking, camping, and pretty much any outdoor activity with his wife and two boys.
John is an investigative data and marketing expert, who leads Tracers’ marketing, advertising, and sales enablement function. Prior to Tracers, John was most recently Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at General Information Services (GIS) and HireRight, where he served for over a decade and built an award-winning in-house Marketing Department that contributed to the organization’s dramatic rise to become one of the largest background screening providers in the world. Additionally, John has worked for a variety of advertising agencies, promotional product businesses, and retail chains in a marketing and advertising capacity as Web Business Manager, Art Director, Marketing Manager, and Director of Advertising. In his free time, he enjoys watching football, listening to music, and doing home improvement projects. John holds a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Florida Atlantic University and is certified in Advanced Geographic Information Systems from Broward College.
Michelle is the VP of Operations at Tracers where she continually builds strong relationships with customers. She is devoted to the success of each customer ensuring they gain support, value, and promote adoption of Tracers’ products and services. As a driver of Tracers’ culture, she models the customer journey experience. For over 7 years, she has driven the lifecycle for Tracers' customers, building on a strong foundation while guiding the company through this new phase of rapid growth. She truly makes all constituents feel like part of the Tracers Family.
