Here are some of the items you should have ready to help you complete the application as quickly as possible:
- Basic business information such as: articles of organization, DBA’s, billing/accounting and any professional licenses.
- Permissible use to access certain data (GLBA, DPPA).
- Address verification such as a utility bill for the company.
- Color copy of the front and back of your driver’s license.
