Tracers Appoints Background Screening Industry Expert Alicia Jones as CRO

BROOKSVILLE, Fla.--Tracers Information Specialists, Inc. (Tracers), one of the leading data providers for investigators, risk mitigation, debt collections, and background screening businesses large and small is proud to announce that Alicia Jones has joined the organization as a senior executive.

Ms. Jones joins Tracers to lead sales as Chief Revenue Officer, reporting to the company’s President, Erik Pickering. In her new role, Alicia will lead Tracers’ ambitious strategic growth endeavor to provide Tracers’ growing list of quality data products to additional vertical markets.

Ms. Jones was most recently Vice President of Sales for a remarkably successful 15 year stint with where she managed a multi-million dollar book of business selling criminal data to hundreds of background screening businesses.

Prior to, Ms. Jones worked in a variety of sales and recruiting roles for staffing agencies, including CareerBuilder. Ms. Jones is a licensed private investigator in the state of Texas, and holds a B.S. in Corporate Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.
